Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. You should be able to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, with proficiency in using computers and navigating online platforms. Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required, although experience in a customer-facing role is beneficial.
