About the Role
As a member of the Borrower Success Team at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate the company's tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you will quickly become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for users. This remote, full-time contractor role is available for up to 5 months, with the possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC based on performance and company needs.
Key Responsibilities
Understanding arenaflex's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs, including the company's algorithm-based recommendations and innovative technology
Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat to provide exceptional customer support and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations that can help scale the team, driving efficiency and growth
Bringing user feedback to life with the product, design, and engineering teams to create new features and offerings, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborating with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals in line with the social mission, promoting a sense of camaraderie and shared purpose
Recommended Experience and Qualifications
