Your key responsibilities will include: * **Drive Focus and Targeted Organic Growth**: Develop and execute strategies to drive organic growth and accretive operating margin performance across targeted legacy products. * **Promote Stryker Sage Products**: Educate and inform healthcare professionals about the proper use of products, including product functionality, changes to the product portfolio, and educational programs. * **Develop Customer Relationships**: Build strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service, and developing tailored promotional messages based on customer knowledge and needs. * **Meet Targeted Objectives**: Achieve targeted objectives within an assigned geography, working closely with the Sales team to drive business growth. * **Assist in Hospital Surveys and Post-Sale Implementation**: Conduct hospital surveys, assist in post-sale implementation, and ensure customer adoption and satisfaction. * **Focus on Customer Satisfaction**: Demonstrate teamwork and empowerment, solve problems through a consultative approach, operate with honesty and integrity, and provide a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service. * **May Assist in Trade Shows and Clinical Meetings**: Participate in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and clinical meetings. **What You Need** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Bachelor's Degree**: A degree in a related field, such as sales, marketing, or healthcare. * **0-2 Years of Professional Experience**: A strong foundation in sales, customer service, or a related field. * **Excellent Time Management and Project Management Skills**: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * **Customer Service Skills**: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers. * **Valid Driver's License**: A valid driver's license in the state of residence and a good driving record. **Physical Requirements** As a Customer Success Associate, you may be required to: * **Move, Set Up, and Demonstrate Products**: Move products weighing up to 50 pounds, reach, push, or pull to accomplish job accountabilities. * **Prolonged Periods of Stooping, Kneeling, Crouching, Bending, Sitting, Standing, and/or Crawling**: Perform physical tasks that require coordination of the eye, hand, and foot movement. * **Handle Various Materials**: Handle materials such as durcot fabric, nylon fabric, Velcro, zippers, product components comprised of rubber, metals, and coated products. **Mental Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills**: Ability to manage stress, people, and conflict effectively. * **Discretion and Independence**: Exercise professional expertise and make decisions with minimal supervision. * **Written and Oral Communication Skills**: Ability to present to large groups of people and communicate effectively in writing. * **Time Management and Prioritization**: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and bring projects to completion with minimal supervision. * **Unwavering Ethics and Integrity**: Possess a strong sense of ethics and integrity in a competitive and demanding work environment. * **Excellent Customer Service Skills**: Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers. **What We Offer** At Joblora, we offer a winning team driven to achieve our mission and deliver remarkable results.
