As a Customer Success Associate at careerzynith, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers via telephone, email, and chat to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. You will be an integral part of our team, working closely with our Customer Success Supervisor to drive success and build a loyal customer base. **Role Summary**

As a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating a seamless experience for our customers. Your primary duties will include:

* Answering customer interactions via telephone, email, and chat in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Empathizing with customers' needs while understanding the business's bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure customer needs are being met
* Meeting or exceeding established daily interaction numbers every day

**Expected Hours and Work Environment**

The expected hours for this role are Monday through Friday, 2pm-10pm EST, with occasional weekend shifts. **Role Responsibilities**

* Answer any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acts as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Empathetic to customers' needs but understanding of the business's bottom line
* Collect and share feedback to external teams to ensure the needs of the customers are being met
* Associate must perform a minimum of 70 interactions per shift

**Role Qualifications**

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
* Must have access to consistently stable internet connection
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
* Willing to take on additional projects and support external team members to support business and customer needs
* On-the-spot, creative problem-solving skills that meet the needs of the customer and the business
* Demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the careerzynith brands, customers, and product. Have a finger on the pulse of relevant media and lifestyle trends, fashion, and culture.

**Pay Range**

The hourly pay range for this role is $15.00-$15.00 per hour.
