As a Customer Success Associate on our Borrower Success Team, you'll play a vital role in helping student loan borrowers navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs.

* **Location:** Remote (with possibility of extension or permanent hiring in NYC)
* **Duration:** Full-time contractor role for up to 5 months

**Your Role:**

As a Customer Success Associate, you'll work directly with student loan borrowers to help them navigate our tools and enroll in federal forgiveness and repayment programs. With comprehensive training and hands-on experience, you'll become an expert in the student loan landscape and serve as the first point of contact for our users. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Understanding careerzynith's product offerings and how they address borrowers' needs
* Engaging with borrowers via email and live chat, providing exceptional support and guidance
* Reviewing and submitting applications for federal loan programs
* Proactively suggesting and implementing ideas and automations to scale the team
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring user feedback to life and create new features and offerings
* Working closely with the Borrower Success Team to achieve team and company growth goals

**Ideal Candidate:**

We're looking for talented individuals with:

* At least one year of relevant work experience in start-ups, finance, customer support, or government programs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to quickly learn and master new skills and knowledge areas
* Attention to detail and organizational skills
