**Role Responsibilities**
As a Customer Success Associate, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers via telephone, email, and chat. Some of your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering any and all interactions during your scheduled shift in a friendly and relatable manner
* Acting as an empowered team member, exercising decision-making skills to enhance each customer's relationship with the brand
* Being empathetic to customers' needs while understanding the business' bottom line
* Collecting and sharing feedback to external teams to ensure that the needs of our customers are being met

* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role
