* Working on a variety of projects, including data entry, research, and analysis, to support the growth and success of our business
* Identifying and escalating complex customer issues to our Customer Success Manager for resolution
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
* Participating in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a willingness to learn and grow with our company
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A reliable internet connection and a device able to access Remote Social Media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
* 5+ hours of availability per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week
