Our team is based in SF, but we're expanding our presence in the UK, and we're excited to welcome talented individuals to join our team. **About the Role** As a Customer Success Architect, you'll be responsible for designing, rolling out, and optimizing delivery workflows for our largest and most strategic customers. You'll serve as the connective tissue between customers, our internal teams (engineering, operations, success), and third-party delivery partners. Your goal will be to build scalable logistics products and infrastructure that drive delivery volume and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Design & Deploy Logistics Solutions: Collaborate with customers to understand their delivery needs, order flows, and operational constraints—and translate that into scalable product configurations. * Drive Product Outcomes: Act as a voice of the customer, using feedback and insights to shape features, workflows, and internal tooling.
