* **Managing customer onboarding and implementation processes**: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, develop customized implementation plans, and ensure seamless onboarding experiences.
* **Providing ongoing support and strategic guidance to clients**: Offer expert advice, training, and resources to help clients maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business goals.
* **Monitoring and analyzing customer health metrics**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, develop data-driven insights, and inform strategic decisions.
* **Developing and delivering training sessions and resources**: Create engaging content, workshops, and training programs to educate clients on best practices, product updates, and industry trends.
* **Identifying and capitalizing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities**: Analyze client needs, develop targeted sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue growth.
