You'll work closely with our team of experts, including Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS), to ensure seamless customer experiences.
**Responsibilities:**
* Provide top-notch customer service and support to careerzynith TurboTax customers via phone, email, or chat
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to careerzynith TurboTax products and tax return software
* Utilize your strong communication skills to articulate solutions clearly and empathetically
* Work collaboratively with SMEs and MPS to ensure exceptional customer experiences
