Job Overview: Customer Solutions Representative
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Solutions Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a critical point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and solutions to our diverse customer base. Your primary focus will be on handling direct phone calls from customers and sales representatives, documenting key information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Verbally receive information from customers to clarify the purpose of their call and provide effective solutions
Create orders, provide product information, create RGA (Return Goods Authorization), or refer calls to the appropriate department, dealer, distributor, or sales representative
Coordinate with other departments to verify the availability of products and recommend product selections based on product applications
Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM (Customer Relationship Management) data and process email correspondence from customers and sales representatives
Assist customers with resolving issues related to miss-shipments, backorders, and other concerns
Communicate territory and customer problems with assigned sales representatives and provide basic technical guidance on products


Critical Functional Skills and Knowledge:

Solid working knowledge of a CRM system and phone system
Ability to read schematics and illustrated parts lists
Solid ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system knowledge
Working product knowledge and solid knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and Word


Education and Experience:

High school degree or equivalent
Solid English verbal and written communication skills
At least 2 years of previous experience working in a call center environment as a Customer Service Representative (CSR)
At least 3-5 years of previous work experience balancing call center and data entry responsibilities
