**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Helping customers resolve technical issues and answering product/service-related questions
* Assisting with billing concerns and resolving customer complaints
* Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile
* Utilizing multiple systems on a PC to manage customer interactions and resolve issues
**Your Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GED
* Live within 40 miles of the site and be able to work your full shift in the office
* Ability to utilize multiple systems on a PC and pass technical assessments to demonstrate your skills
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
