Our team is dedicated to helping our customers succeed, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join our ranks. **Job Summary** As a Customer Service/Sales Support Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, troubleshooting orders, creating parts quotes, and communicating with internal customers to fulfill customer requirements. You'll also provide support to our Inside Sales Team, Outside Sales Team, and Market Development Managers, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Handle customer inquiries, requests, and troubleshoot orders, creating parts quotes as needed * Provide support to our Inside Sales Team, Outside Sales Team, and Market Development Managers * Communicate with internal customers to fulfill customer requirements and revise orders * Assist in managing multiple projects concurrently, documenting, communicating, and monitoring various data points * Work with all departments (Material Planners, Shipping and Accounting) to expedite, check status, or change orders * Answer calls from customers, assisting with similar requests to email inquiries * Support and uphold the Quality and EHS policies of the organization * Uphold the company's Core Values of Caring, Adding Value, and Teamwork **Essential Qualifications** * Post-high school education and previous customer service or similar experience * Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy * Proficient use of Office365 tools, including Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose emails independently without reliance on pre-written scripts * Ability to work at a fast pace, even with several interruptions, and some time pressure * High degree of diligence and detail, with attention to accuracy and precision * Ability to communicate with customers via phone and email, and be comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction * Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry * Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals * Ability to draw and interpret graphs on Excel and similar software packages **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues * Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently * Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a flexible and proactive approach **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
