**Job Description**
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive relationship with our clients. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented, an excellent time manager, and able to handle high-volume calls and emails in a consistently friendly and efficient manner.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage and assign emails to ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
* Process invoices from suppliers and deliver customer invoices in a timely manner
* Receive payments from customers and run credit card transactions with accuracy
* Enter tracking numbers into our ERP and eCommerce websites to ensure seamless order management
* Manage high-volume phone calls from customers and vendors, providing verbal and email quotes as needed
* Communicate with vendors to confirm price and availability, and process orders with vendors and confirm order acknowledgments
* Keep track of backorders and follow up with vendors and customers with ship dates to ensure timely delivery
* Prepare and reconcile monthly payments to vendors, and keep track of past-due invoices to ensure prompt collection
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3+ years of experience in e-commerce, customer support, and sales
* Excellent verbal, written, and typing skills, with a strong attention to detail
* Proactive work ethic and communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* High-level organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Friendly and patient demeanor in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in eCommerce software and industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment a plus
* Ability to maintain confidential financial documentation and handle sensitive customer information
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a hybrid remote work environment
* Knowledge of industrial equipment, supplies, filtration, or compressed air equipment
* Certification in customer service or sales
