**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance
* Learn about products using arenaflex's tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
* Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
* Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring it is clean, shop-able, and safe
* Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty
* Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
* Participate in sales and customer engagement initiatives to drive growth and customer satisfaction
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues to ensure a positive and productive work environment
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* 2+ years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
* Experience working in a team environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth
* Knowledge of arenaflex's products and services, or a willingness to learn
* Certification in customer service or sales, or a related field
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
