**Responsibilities:**

* Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors
* Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings
* Splicing and waterproofing coverings
* Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities
* Climbing ladders and poles, and working outdoors in various weather conditions
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A valid state driver's license
* A non-negligent driving record
* The ability to meet a 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
* The ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
* The ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
* Qualification on pre-employment screening: Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMT III)
