**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Services Representative, you'll have the flexibility to balance your time between our Remote office and home. This is an exciting opportunity to:
* Provide exceptional customer service to students, faculty, staff, and external customers
* Resolve customer issues, offer solutions, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
* Inspect and maintain university-owned properties, including vehicle gates and parking facilities
* Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations as needed
* Collaborate with vendors, student workers, and other teams to achieve department goals
* Participate in special events and provide support as needed
**The Qualifiers**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
* **Experience:** 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer service environment; 2 years of experience preferred
* **Expertise:**
+ Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to communicate effectively in English
+ Valid CA driver's license required
+ Basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
+ Analytical skills and ability to take initiatives
