+ Providing information on vehicle safety and maintenance
+ Resolving customer complaints and concerns
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and arenaflex's policies and procedures
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency required; additional languages a plus
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a motor vehicle services or insurance-related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
