**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients' customers through phone, email, and chat interactions

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their customers

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably in a call center or BPO environment
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with sales and customer service software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer experience and sales
* Certification in customer service or sales, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate with customers in multiple languages
