**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service/Dispatcher to join our 24/7 call center team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering incoming calls from customers and resolving basic customer service inquiries
* Scheduling work to be done by our mobile medical technicians
* Dispatching work to scheduled technicians and ensuring timely completion of jobs
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues
* Maintaining accurate records and tracking variations in services offered by our clients
* Collaborating with multiple businesses and clients to provide exceptional customer experiences

**Responsibilities**

* Prioritizing, triaging, and making decisions to optimize workflow
* Working with our team to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless operations

**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or dispatching; experience in healthcare or medical services a plus
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
* Self-motivated and proactive approach to work
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
* Strong internet connection and quiet, professional work area required

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a call center or dispatch environment
* Familiarity with healthcare or medical services
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Ability to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends
