**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Customer Service/Data Entry Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Following up on missing information to process claims efficiently
* Reviewing invoices for accuracy and completeness
* Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support our claims coordination team
* Providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications:**

* 6-12 months of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or claims administration
