* Ensure accuracy and completeness of eligibility forms submitted by individuals requesting benefits
**Essential Qualifications:**
* 3-5 years of related customer service experience, with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to diverse populations
* Excellent phone etiquette and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds
* Previous experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook, with a strong understanding of data entry and record-keeping principles
