**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a Customer Service/Chat Agent, you will be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving complex issues related to online orders, following, and deliveries. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and part-facing visits in a timely and professional manner
* Determine customer needs and provide proper resolutions, including answering general Costco.com/item questions and investigating complex issues related to online orders, following, and deliveries
* Consider and offer solutions as needed
* Work as the contact between Costco.com customers, merchants, purchasing and activities staff
* Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on various screens while on the telephone or answering visits
* Utilize critical thinking and decisive reasoning abilities to determine request/item/conveyance issues
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**

* Secondary School Recognition or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day instructional class
* Past customer service experience preferred
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
* Strong foundation in customer service, including great interpersonal skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal completion

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Solid foundation in customer support, including great relational skills, brief agreeable assistance, and phenomenal completion
* Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to take ownership and tackle issues
* Ability to exhibit acquiring and thinking abilities
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual capabilities an asset
