**Job Summary**
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service/Chat Agent to join our U.S. Part Administration Community in Oklahoma. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of incoming calls and chats, resolving customer inquiries, and providing exceptional support to our members. **Key Responsibilities**
* Answer a high volume of incoming calls and chats, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Use critical thinking and decisive reasoning skills to determine request/item/conveyance issues and provide effective solutions
* Utilize various computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or answering chats
* Work as the contact between Costco.com clients, merchants, purchasing and activities staff to resolve customer issues and provide support
* Consider and offer rewards as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and issues
**Essential Qualifications**
* Secondary School Recognition or GED equivalent
* Internet Business Part Administration Specialist Certificate after completion of 14-day instructional class
* Past customer service experience (preferably in a call center or retail environment)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient business writing and typing skills (minimum typing speed of 30 wpm)
* Ability to work an adaptable schedule, including weekends and split days off
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Strong foundation in customer service, including excellent relational skills, brief friendly assistance, and phenomenal completion
* Ability to adjust and function well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
* Capacity to take ownership and tackle issues
* Ability to exhibit learning and thinking skills
* Strong time management skills
* Bilingual capabilities (an asset)
