**Job Responsibilities**

**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1-2 years of customer service-related experience, preferably in a similar industry
* Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and typing skills
* Excellent communication and telephone skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
* Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and manage difficult customer situations
* Strong troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex problems
* Ability to work efficiently and effectively both independently and as part of a team
