This includes creating engaging documentation, coordinating logistics, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. * **Leading Learning Sessions**: Design and deliver training sessions that cater to diverse learning styles, using a range of modalities to engage and educate team members. Your expertise will help build a culture of continuous learning and development. * **Quality Audits and Knowledge Checks**: Conduct regular audits to identify knowledge gaps and development needs within the team. This will inform the creation of targeted training programs, ensuring team members have the skills and confidence to deliver exceptional customer experiences. * **Tracking and Measuring Performance**: Analyze new hire performance, attrition, and knowledge gaps to identify areas for improvement.
