As a Customer Service Trainee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members, handling customer inquiries and problems via telephone, email, chat, and other channels. **Key Responsibilities**

* Provide vital support to Medicare and Medicaid eligible members, handling customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, email, chat, and other channels.
* Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented, including phone calls, emails, and chat conversations.
* Interact with customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and TEAMS.
* Educate callers to ensure resolution is achieved on first contact, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues.

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 year experience in a customer service support role required.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
* Proficient oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with customers and team members.
* Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Ability to work independently under general supervision and collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers.
* Must be able to pass required testing, including background checks and proficiency assessments.
