**What You'll Do**
As a Customer Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving business results, and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they have the tools and resources they need to succeed
* Developing and implementing strategies to drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement
* Managing multiple, complex tasks and projects, prioritizing and delegating tasks to team members as needed
* Analyzing performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
* Developing and implementing employee action plans to address performance gaps and drive growth
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and drive business results
* Providing feedback and coaching to team members, recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
