**The Opportunity**
As a Customer Service Support professional at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work from home if you live in certain US states (see below). You'll be responsible for:
* Accurately entering sales orders into a USDA Database
* Managing incoming orders through a dedicated email account
* Updating ship-to account information as needed
* Generating reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel
* Supporting customer service tasks related to credits, debits, and account management
* Providing professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams
