Experienced Customer Service Support Professional for Remote USDA Program Assistance – Detail-Oriented and Customer-Focused Individual Needed

The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to support a USDA program by assisting customers with order placement, entering sales data, maintaining customer master records, and generating reports. As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional support and service. Your responsibilities will include: Accurately entering sales orders into a USDA Database Managing incoming orders through a dedicated email account Updating ship-to account information as needed Generating reports for customers, customer service representatives, and sales personnel Supporting customer service tasks related to credits, debits, and account management Providing professional, timely communication with customers and internal teams Working from home if you live in certain US states (see below) Working Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week, with a contract expected to last at least 12 months Why You'll Love Working at blithequark At blithequark, we are committed to building a workplace where every employee is welcomed and valued.
