**Job Summary**

As a Supervisor Customer Service at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**

* Lead a team of customer service representatives in providing exceptional service to our customers
* Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service
* Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
* Ensure compliance with arenaflex policies and procedures

**Essential Qualifications**

* 2+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience in the airline industry or a related field

* Experience with conflict resolution and mediation
* Certification in customer service or a related field
* Fluency in multiple languages
