About the Customer Service Supervisor Role We're on the lookout for a talented and passionate Customer Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and supporting our Customer Service Representatives to deliver the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role is not just about supervising; it's about fostering a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and driving team growth and productivity. Key Responsibilities Oversee performance metrics to drive team growth, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Provide comprehensive training and support to Customer Service Representatives to enhance their skills and performance. Assist with complex order management, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of customer inquiries. Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism and empathy, turning potentially negative experiences into positive outcomes. Monitor customer feedback across various platforms and implement improvements based on insights gathered. Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent customer experience. Foster and contribute to blithequark's culture of betterment, promoting a work environment that encourages learning, skill growth, and teamwork. Collaborate closely with the Customer Experience Manager to align strategies and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction. Handle administrative duties, including attendance tracking and other related tasks, to ensure smooth operational flow. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Supervisor at blithequark, you'll need: A commitment to fostering a culture of betterment and helping your team achieve their goals. Proficient English language skills, both written and verbal. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as retail or food service. Supervisory experience is preferred but not mandatory; strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential. Experience working in deadline-driven environments and managing multiple priorities. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to remain composed under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other relevant software applications. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A reliable internet connection to perform job duties effectively. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a supervisory role, particularly in customer service or a related field. A background in managing remote teams or working in a remote setting.
