About the Role

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team, providing top-notch support to our clients across various platforms. As a key member of our customer service function, you'll play a vital role in analyzing client issues, developing effective solutions, and delivering exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:


Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, maintaining a high level of technical proficiency.
Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of careerzynith products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Analyzing and identifying potential risks, developing solutions that meet client needs, and minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Fulfilling clients' necessities while providing an exceptional client experience, measured by specific metrics and feedback.
Appropriately assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for careerzynith's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.


Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


1-3 years of work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently, with a high level of multitasking and organizational skills.


Education

A High School diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for candidates with a degree in a related field.
