As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making a difference. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Assisting with evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms * Effectively using various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries * Developing and maintaining working knowledge of specific groups of arenaflex products and services * Analyzing and identifying potential risks and identifying solutions that meet client needs * Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner * Solving disputes and retaining clients, while minimizing operating loss, through adherence to established rules and regulations * Providing exceptional customer experiences that meet or exceed client expectations **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * 1-3 years' work experience in a related role * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems * Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries * Effective verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad * Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Experience working in a remote or home-based environment * Familiarity with arenaflex products and services * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong communication and interpersonal skills **Education** A High School diploma or equivalent is required. **Training and Development** As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to complete training onsite at our Tucson, AZ location.
