**About the Role:**

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team in Waco, TX. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by fielding inquiries, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. **Minimum Qualifications:**
