Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
Managing large volumes of inbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions and/or alternatives
Seizing opportunities to up-sell products and services, driving sales growth and revenue
Building sustainable relationships with customers, engaging them through regular communication, and providing personalized support
Taking orders over the phone, ringing in orders into our POS system, and processing mail orders into our mail order system
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles
Customer focus and adaptability, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer support tools
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Relevant experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry
Experience with POS systems, mail order systems, and other customer support software
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer support tools
Experience in a remote work environment, with a proven track record of productivity and adaptability
