* Escalate complex claims to Senior Billing & Reimbursement Specialists when necessary
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School Diploma or GED required
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to demonstrate empathy and understanding towards customer needs
* Previous customer service experience preferred
* Experience with CRM software and handling customer inquiries is a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, healthcare)
