As a key member of our Member Services department, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling complex inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions. * **Communication**: You'll be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. This will involve communicating with multiple business teams internally and externally, as well as the public. * **Subject Matter Expertise**: You'll be responsible for maintaining subject matter expertise in federal regulations that define the parameters of the World Trade Center (WTC) Health Program. This will involve staying up-to-date on regulatory changes, providing guidance to colleagues, and ensuring compliance with program requirements. * **Work Products**: You'll be responsible for processing diverse work products in a high-volume environment, maintaining the highest standards of customer service. This will involve managing in-bound and out-bound calls, working with the public, and identifying issues quickly and escalating them through the management chain as needed. * **Team Collaboration**: You'll be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
