**Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

* Evaluating and resolving service inquiries from clients across different platforms, ensuring timely and effective solutions that meet their needs.
* Utilizing various computer systems to complete assigned tasks and address account inquiries, demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems.
* Developing and maintaining a working knowledge of specific groups of careerzynith products and services, staying up-to-date on new features and offerings.
* Analyzing and identifying potential risks, developing solutions that meet client needs while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
* Completing assigned tasks in an accurate and efficient manner, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Solving disputes and retaining clients while minimizing operating loss through adherence to established rules and regulations.
* Providing exceptional client experiences, measured by specific metrics, and assessing risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for careerzynith's reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* 1-3 years' work experience in a related role, preferably in customer service or a similar field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems, with experience using various computer systems and customer service platforms.
* Demonstrated experience solving customer service inquiries, with a proven track record of resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Excellent technical and data entry skills, including the utilization of a 10-key touchpad.
* Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms concurrently.
