You'll work closely with our team to analyze payment history, communicate account statuses, and negotiate collection arrangements. Your exceptional communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** • Analyze payment history/notes and clearly communicate account statuses to customers • Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements • Promptly report/refers sensitive and complex issues to the Team Leader • Document all activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner • Collaborate with the team to resolve customer inquiries and concerns • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our customer service standards **Qualifications** • High School Diploma (required) • Ability to type a minimum of 30 WPM • Previous experience in customer service, retail services, and call contact environment • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills • Demonstrated ability to perform at a high level, to support our high volume of inbound calls • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent attention to detail • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel • Ability to maintain a calm, professional, and positive demeanor while handling multiple projects and meeting deadlines **Essential Skills and Competencies** • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team • Strong customer service skills and a customer-centric approach • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
