About the Role: Key Responsibilities and Expectations As a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a range of inbound and outbound calls, including new sales and service-related inquiries. Your expertise and proactive approach will be instrumental in uncovering additional sales opportunities, resolving customer issues, and providing administrative support. Your key responsibilities will include: Handling incoming calls and utilizing a proactive sales approach to identify new sales and service opportunities, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining an in-depth knowledge of blithequark's products and services, customer account and billing processes, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. Presenting a professional, confident, and enthusiastic image to build trusting relationships with customers, ensuring a positive brand experience. Providing high levels of customer account management by accurately setting up and maintaining account information and data, ensuring seamless service delivery. Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Collections, and Accounts Payable functions and activities, ensuring efficient financial management. Handling administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation around asset and inventory controls and purchasing, maintaining accurate records and supporting business operations. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need: Solid computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, data entry, and the ability to run and analyze reports, ensuring efficient data management and analysis. The ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments in a team environment, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely. A high school diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for further learning and development.
