Your responsibilities will include: * Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of service and resolving issues efficiently. * Providing accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions and promoting new offerings. * Handling outbound calling to follow up on customer feedback and promote new offerings, ensuring a seamless customer experience. * Analyzing customer issues and providing effective solutions in a timely manner, managing collections calls for past-due accounts and reducing delinquencies. * Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our computerized system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience, upholding company policies and procedures while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. **Skills & Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications: * **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse client base. * **Experience & Problem-Solving**: A strong background in customer support or client services, with experience in sales or collections being a plus.
