**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Sales Virtual Assistant, you'll be responsible for:
* Reaching out to warm leads, following up on unbooked jobs, and ensuring a seamless client experience
* Responding to client questions via phone, text, and email, providing friendly, clear information about services and pricing
* Handling inbound calls and helping schedule/reschedule appointments, working closely with our field manager to ensure smooth operations
* Keeping client records and follow-ups organized, utilizing our CRM and scheduling software to streamline processes
* Assisting with client feedback collection and review requests, helping us continuously improve our services
* Utilizing our VOIP and CRM software to manage calls, texts, and client interactions
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Excellent spoken English, with a professional, clear, and friendly tone
* Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls (not cold calling) and handling a high volume of client interactions
* Reliable phone/internet setup and a quiet workspace, ensuring you can focus on delivering exceptional service
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software, with a willingness to adapt to our tools and systems
* Availability to work 20-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that aligns with our US Eastern Time zone

**Job Details**
* Hours: 20-40 hours/week (you must be available during US Eastern Time)
* Pay: $10-$20/hour USD, based on experience (bonus structures will also be evaluated after training period)
* Current lead count: 80-130 inbound leads monthly (call focus will be on recurring requests, which are currently 30-40 leads per month)
* Type: Contract-to-hire (potential for full-time long-term role)
