**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service & Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined
**Qualifications**
We are seeking fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales growth. To be considered for this role, you must:
* Have a minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
* Be at least 18 years of age
* Possess the ability to type 25 wpm
* Hold a High School Diploma or GED
* Be comfortable using a desktop computer system
* Demonstrate proven oral and written communication skills
* Have a minimum of 6 months of call center experience (preferred)
* Possess logical problem-solving skills
* Be available to work various shifts
* Be able to use Windows operating systems
* Demonstrate organization and work prioritization skills
* Have a minimum of 6 months of sales experience (preferred)
* Be able to work independently
* Be able to stay composed and objective
* Possess strong listening skills
* Demonstrate superior negotiating skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To ensure a seamless and productive work experience, you must meet the following internet requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
