**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Service / Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* **Event Setup & Display**: Assist in setting up organized, attractive display areas at various retail locations and event spaces. You'll help create inviting booths, product displays, and information stations that capture attention and highlight the brand's message.
* **Customer Interaction & Engagement**: Use your personable approach to welcome event attendees, answer product-related questions, and highlight brand benefits. With your enthusiasm and knowledge, you'll inspire customer interest and build positive connections that drive loyalty.
* **Event Operations Support**: Keep the event running smoothly by assisting with on-site logistics, distributing promotional materials, and guiding attendees. Your proactive support will help ensure a seamless and enjoyable event experience for both customers and team members.
* **Brand Ambassadorship**: Represent the brand with professionalism, passion, and an energetic presence. By embodying the brand's mission and values, you'll leave a lasting impression that resonates with potential and returning customers alike.
