**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
* Answering phones and responding to voicemails in a timely and professional manner
* Working renewal and policy alerts within our agency systems to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Assisting current customers with payments, policy changes, and other inquiries
* Setting up customer appointments for licensed agents to perform policy reviews
* Treating each customer contact as a cross-sell and up-sell opportunity to drive revenue growth
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
* A genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, and resourceful, with a coachable attitude
* An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency
* Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with the ability to work independently

* Bilingual Spanish is preferred, but not required
