**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Sales Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for continuing subscriptions and trials to existing customers, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems. **Key Responsibilities**
* Contact existing customers on behalf of careerzynith, utilizing a state-of-the-art technology and client relationship management systems
* Upgrade or resubscribe their services, delivering sales results that meet client performance objectives
* Deliver productivity results, including contacts per hour, sales per hour, and accuracy, that meet client performance objectives
* Adhere to standard contact procedures, build relationships, and overcome prospect objections
* Adhere to operational processes, PCI compliance, client standards, and program standards

* Two base hourly pay raises during the first year of employment

**Requirements**
* Must be a North Carolina Resident
* Private and secure workspace at home free from background noise or distractions
* Sales, Call Center, Upselling, Retail Sales, or Customer Service Experience are highly preferred
* Professional vocabulary
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written
* Assertive, quick thinking
* Excellent schedule adherence and attendance
* Prior work-from-home call center experience is a plus!
* Good computer skills

* Must provide your own Computer or Laptop
* Internet Connection - Direct wired connection: Minimum of 25 Mbps download and 10mbps upload of DSL, Fiber Optic, or Cable (no dial-up, satellite, and mobile broadband connections)
