* Following up on quotes, addressing client concerns, and converting quotes into orders
* Entering detailed information into Magento to ensure smooth and efficient production of custom signs
* Staying current on signage trends, materials, finishes, and new technologies to offer innovative solutions
* Collaborating with production teams to ensure job components and timelines meet client expectations
* Setting and managing client expectations regarding product timelines and final design
* Addressing and resolving any customer service issues with empathy, identifying solutions that lead to customer satisfaction
