You'll work closely with key support teams to develop and implement business processes that align with our committed standards and service level agreements. Your primary goal will be to build positive relationships with clients and business owners, identify opportunities for growth, and drive operational excellence. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Utilize various communication platforms to engage and build positive relationships with clients and business owners, including inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chats. * Serve as a knowledge-source for existing processes and contribute to the development of new business strategies that drive growth and innovation. * Champion customer needs and provide exceptional customer service, technical support, sales, and other business-to-business functions as assigned. * Perform necessary research and analysis to provide proper resolution and ensure quality of services rendered. * Coordinate with internal and external departments to maximize available resources and convert each client interaction into potential growth opportunities for the business. * Complete other related functions depending on business needs, such as data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities and drive revenue growth. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and business owners to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. **Qualifications** * At least one (1) year of related working experience in a BPO setup or similar industries. * Demonstrates business communication skills, including verbal and written English. * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage in consultative-type conversations and connect with clients and business owners in a professional manner. * Basic technical knowledge is required, including the ability to understand and articulate technical concepts (basic IT technologies). * Industry-standard certifications are preferred but not required (technical positions). * Amenable to work on shifting schedules and be assigned in the account location. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and other relevant software. **Skills and Competencies** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and business owners. * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and basic IT technologies. * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. * Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends. * Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
