**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative/Sales Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

**Essential Qualifications**

* Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

* High school diploma or equivalent required; retail experience a plus
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not essential, the following qualifications would be highly desirable:
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
* Knowledge of POS systems and Microsoft Office, especially Publisher
* Certification as a Notary Public
